To understand how Respirar helps asthma sufferers, let’s look at what causes it. It's mainly caused by environmental factors such as smoke or pollution particles, pollen from trees, or mold spores in the air. In asthma, the bronchial tubes are narrowed and inflamed. The mucus produced is what leads to an asthmatic attack. Respirar helps with asthmatics by making them breathe better with a decrease of inflammation and getting rid of excess mucous which can lead to attacks. Respirar will help clear out mucus from the lungs as well as reduce inflammation thus reducing breathing problems associated with it. One of the main function of Respirar is to get rid or alleviate asthma and respiratory allergies. Sleep: The Hidden Story in Modern Disease

Have you been feeling tired lately? Is it hard to stay awake during the day, or is your sleep cycle off? You're not alone. Many people are suffering from lack of sleep and poor sleeping habits, and this has a negative impact on their health. In this blog post, we'll explore how lack of sleep can cause major problems with our bodies, minds, and even relationships! Studies show that sleep deprivation can cause or worsen health problems like diabetes, depression, and obesity. This is because lack of quality sleep affects our body's ability to regulate insulin levels which leads to these other conditions. It also makes us more susceptible to disease by lowering the immune system. How does sleep impacts on your Health Lack of sleep has also been linked with mental health issues like anxiety and depression. Sleep deprivation is also a major factor in relationship conflicts, work-related problems, and even vehicle crashes! Studies show that people who get less than seven hours of sleep per night are 85% more likely to have an accident while driving. The first step to combatting these negative effects is identifying the problem. For some people, lack of sleep is a result of their work schedule and maybe unavoidable to an extent. Other individuals have difficulty falling asleep due to anxiety or depression which can often be treated with medication. The best way to deal with your sleep problem is by creating good sleeping habits! This means setting aside time for quality rest, staying away from electronics before bed, and not eating or drinking too much close to your sleep cycle. For example, you might want to eliminate caffeine in the afternoon so that it doesn't interfere with sleeping at night. You should also avoid alcohol because it can disrupt your normal sleep pattern and make you wake up more often during the night! There are also many ways to support sleep like exercise and relaxation techniques, but it's important to first identify the cause of your problem. Why do sleep patterns disturb? Here is a list of potential causes for lack of sleep: Stress from work or other life stressors can lead to insomnia - this should be addressed so that you have more time for sleep. Poor sleeping habits like staying up too late or waking up in the middle of your cycle can lead to insomnia which should also be addressed. Certain prescription drugs, such as opiates and sedatives, might be preventing you from getting quality rest - these should be either reduced or eliminated altogether so that they do not interfere with sleep. Sleeping disorders like insomnia can be addressed by seeing a professional to get advice on how to best help you sleep! The Final Words This blog post is about the importance of sleep and how to improve your sleeping habits. Good night! Goodnight, sweet readers! Here are some yoga poses that you can do before bed for a peaceful slumber: -Cat/cow pose - Begin by coming onto all fours in child's pose with hands under the shoulders and knees under the hips. Lengthen your spine, drawing it up towards the sky while looking down at your navel. Let gravity lengthen you back out again to create a natural rhythm that is soothing for mind and body - Cat (downward) Cow(upward). Repeat this five times to feel even more relaxed! -Child's pose - Start seated on your mat with hands under the shoulders and knees under the hips. Bring your chin to rest in between your collarbones, allowing for a long deep breath into the ribcage as you drop forward. Allow gravity to pull everything down which will help release tension from every part of the body! -Bridge pose - Begin by lying on your back with knees bent and feet flat. Bring the soles of the feet together, pressing them into each other as you draw your heels towards your buttocks. With arms long in front of you, press palms down onto the mat to lift hips high off the floor, allowing for a natural spine curve. Hold the pose for five breaths, then release back to starting position. -Corpse pose - Begin by lying on your back with knees bent and feet flat. Bring soles of the feet together (but not pressing them) as you fold palms into your chest or reach arms out long in front of you if preferred! Allow neck/head to rest gently on a rolled-up towel or yoga block. Allow the whole body to relax, as you let gravity do all of the heavy work for you! -Savasana - Begin lying on your back with arms long outstretched and palms open towards sky. Let toes curl under (or feet flat), drawing collarbones away from each other so that they can rest on the mat. Gently close eyes, take deep breaths to allow your whole body to relax fully and melt into this pose! -Downward Dog - Start with hands about shoulder-width apart and knees bent so that feet are flat in line with heels. Keep weight evenly distributed through your hands as you press hips up towards sky while drawing arms long. As you exhale, lower head and chest towards mat in a dog tilt. Inhale to press heels back into the floor as you curl toes under for more support!

HOw to Cope Up with Food Allergies

The digestive system is of great importance inside the body. This is a system that is responsible for the ingestion, digestion, and assimilation of food. Food is fuel for our Prana (the vital energy). There is no system in the world, which can work without fuel. Better working of a system is dependent on the quality of fuel it gets and how the system uses the fuel. This job is done by our digestive system. The importance of the digestive system is just similar to other systems of the body for modern-day doctors, but in the case of Ayurveda, the digestive system is much special and important. What we eat is the basic requirement for the better working of our body. Food, when ingested, is just a foreign element for our body. The digestive system has the capacity to make it absorbable. Once this food is absorbable, it is assimilated and later on helps our body to work. The Co When the vitality of the food is transferred to the body, we live. Once this system is not working properly, our body won’t work properly. You can think, what will be the condition of a machine when its fuel injection system is not working properly. Slowly and steadily all the systems of the body will face a breakdown and things will be harder and harder in the future. Here are few parts of the intestine which make it important for the whole body. The digestive system has got much more important than we have talked about in the above paragraph. The digestive system is composed of millions of neurons inside it, in form of Enteric Plexuses.   These plexuses are solely responsible for the working of our Gut. These plexuses make our gut intelligent. When one eats unhealthy foodstuff, the gut expels it in few seconds, which is the best example of the intelligence of the digestive system of our body. Besides this, this part of the nervous system secretes a lot of neurotransmitters in the body. These neurotransmitters are important for the conduction of impulses in nerves as well as for the activities of the central nervous system. The brain requires Serotonin for all its activities. A major amount of the Serotonin is secreted by Gut itself. Improper working of the gut may lead to the improper working of the nervous system. Second, are the enteric flora (The Bacteria residing in our intestines). These bacteria are permanent residents of our intestines. These are required for the normal activities of the intestines, as these help in the digestion of different foodstuffs and also maintain the homeostasis in large intestines. Once these are affected by food or drugs, this leads to a condition like diarrhea, because of the upset of homeostasis. Along with these jobs, these are also responsible for the production of Vitamin B12. This Vitamin group is again responsible for the well-being of the nervous system. So intestines are just like the core of our body. The digestive system works as an axis around which every system revolves. So proper working of this system is required for the betterment of the whole body. Our body comes in contact with the external environment via two systems, skin and the lining of the digestive tract. The foodstuffs we eat are just foreign bodies. These will be friends or enemies for us the choice is of our digestive system. If the digestive system could change it into a form that is compatible with the body there will be a friendly interaction. But the problem appears when the digestive system finds its enemy for the body and it takes the defensive action against it in the form of itching in the mouth and difficulty in swallowing and breathing. Then, during digestion of the food in the stomach and intestines, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain can start. Ayurveda has emphasized this system. All the treatments are mostly directed towards this system. Like in the condition of Rheumatoid Arthritis, known as aamvata in Ayurveda, Ayurveda believes that the main problem starts with the digestive system. Patients of Aamvata generally suffer from digestive system upsets. Once a patient’s digestive system is not working properly, Aama will be produced in the body. Aama is a result of faulty digestion. This Aama when associates with the Vata, causes morning problems in the body. Aama is responsible for the swelling and stiffness and Vata causes pains. Accumulative condition is Aamvata, where pain associates with swelling and stiffness. This condition is called Rheumatoid Arthritis in modern words. This is the reason why Aamvata treatments start from the digestive system. Roots should be attacked- is a general approach of Ayurveda. Common Disorders of Digestive System: Constipation Hyperacidity Flatulence Belching Food allergies Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome etc About food allergies: Our body comes in contact with the external environment via two systems, skin and the lining of the digestive tract. The foodstuffs we eat are just foreign bodies. These will be friends or enemies for us the choice is of our digestive system. If the digestive system could change it into a form that is compatible with the body there will be a friendly interaction. But the problem appears when the digestive system finds it, enemy, for the body and it takes defensive action against it in the form of itching in the mouth and difficulty in swallowing and breathing. Then, during digestion of the food in the stomach and intestines, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain can start. When the products of the food which the digestive tract is taking as the enemies, enter in the bloodstream there may hives or eczema, and when they reach the airways, they can cause asthma. As the allergens travel through the blood vessels, they can cause lightheadedness, weakness, and anaphylaxis, which is a sudden drop in blood pressure. In general, we look at this condition as the mistake of the food article which is entering in the digestive tract. To avoid these things to happen we just start avoiding those foodstuffs or take anti allergics like antihistamines. These just neutralize the hormones that are causing these allergic responses. But this is not the solution. The body will go on secreting these hormones and we will go on neutralizing these. There is no end to this story. But this story could be stopped if our digestive can differentiate properly between friend and foe. So the reality is that our digestive system is at fault if anyone is allergic to any foodstuff. The need is to rule out the root cause of why the digestive system is behaving in such a manner. There are many herbal remedies for the Digestive system, few are detailed here- Triphala: Tri means three and Phala for fruits. Where three fruits are combined together is known as Triphala. Amalaki, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki are these three. It is a general assumption that these should be mixed in equal quantities together to make Triphala. Truth is different. Sharnagdhara Samhita, an authority book of Ayurvedic Preparations has told it clearly that these fruits should be used in a proper ratio. Ratio is Amalaki: Haritaki: Bibhitaki :: 1:2:4. Only we at eVaidyaJi Wellness are providing this blend in a proper way, it is hard to practice, but is result-oriented. Triphala helps the digestive system to work properly. Amalaki pacifies Pitta and Kapha, Haritaki is good for Vata and Kapha and Bibhitaki works on Kapha and Pitta- so overall Triphala is a beneficial remedy for all the Doshas. Shivakshar Pachana Churna: This is a major combination by Ayurvedic Seers, with a multidimensional approach of treatment. Here Shiva is for Haritaki, Kshara for Sajjikshara and Pachana tells its action- it increases the digestive fire inside the body. This powder from medicine can be used in any type of Digestive System disorder. Avipattikara Churna: In Pitta persons who suffer from increased acidic/alkaline secretions in the body, Avipattikara is the best remedy. Generally, medicines that are aimed to lower the Pitta, like antacids, suppress the secretion of the digestive juices. Avipattikara Churna is a remedy, which brings these secretions to an optimum level and makes the digestive system properly. For conditions like hyperacidity and peptic ulcers, this is a time-tested drug. Panchasakar Churna: Not only ingestion but elimination also is a prime function of intestines. Just imagine a condition where sewerage lines are blocked in a city! Conditions become similar when fecal materials are not eliminated properly from the body. For proper health, it is most important that these motions of elimination should be proper. Panchasakar Churna is a remedy for the same purpose. Patients suffering from chronic constipation should go for this. This is a laxative that never makes you addicted for itself. Immunity Enhancer Tea: We have blended selected herbs in this combination those are useful as immunity enhancer and direct the different systems of the body to work in harmony with the whole body. It is especially recommended for food allergies. We have also taken a clinical study on this combination and the results are just unbelievable. Besides these there are few guidelines about diet, follow and these will help you a lot to maintain your digestive system. The Guidelines for taking Food  Don’t consume any cold drinks along with foods. Fashion of drinking Coke and Pepsi along with foods is common but hazardous. Sip one glass of hot water with your meal. It will help you a lot and will proper your digestive system. It is easy to remove hard stains from cloths with hot water, the same does for hot water with your intestines. [We have detailed about water a lot in the same issue, check for medical myth] Don’t eat too much. Eating to live, not to douse your stomach. Schedule your meals. Eat-in the right posture. Don’t eat when you are enjoying your favorite serial on T.V. Eat-in a calm mood. Eating while a phase of depression, anxiety, anger, and jealousness is harmful for your mind and body. Eat 1/3rd less than your hunger; means- when you are hungry for three bread eat 2. The cereals should always be of previous crops i.e. for at least one year the cereals like wheat grains; barley etc. should be stored for one year and then used. You will surely enjoy eating if you will follow these guidelines. If you are suffering seriously, please let us know as our clinical partners are providing Online Consultation.
